JETGO AUSTRALIA HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ADMINISTRATORS APPOINTED)

A.C.N. 141 649 989 (“the Company”)

FORMERLY TRADING AS “PETGO AUSTRALIA”, “JETGO” AND “JETGO AUSTRALIA AIRLINES

On 1 June 2018 we, Jonathan Paul McLeod and Bill Karageozis of McLeod & Partners, were appointed joint and several Administrators of the Company pursuant to Part 5.3A of the Corporations Act 2001.

We note that you may be a customer of the Company. In the circumstances all passenger operations of the Company have been suspended.

Qantas is offering special fares to customers who are impacted by the suspension of JETGO Australia flights. These fares are available for JETGO customers holding existing bookings for travel between 1 June 2018 and 30 November 2018 and are for flights on the equivalent Qantas route to assist customers getting to or from their destination as planned.

Bookings can only be made by contacting Qantas directly on 1300 659 116 or at Airport Sales desks in the affected ports (where available). These fares cannot be booked via qantas.com or through Travel Agents.

JETGO Australia customers will be required to quote their JETGO booking reference to access Qantas disrupted passenger fares. Customers will also need to carry a copy of their JETGO Australia itinerary to present at check-in at the airport. The following link provides further information.

You may also consider contacting your credit card provider to consider your options with respect to a refund of your ticket purchase.

We note that you are also creditors of the Company and are entitled to lodge a claim in the Administration of the Company. Should you wish to formally lodge a claim in the Administration, please complete the Proof of Debt form and return same to our office (McLeod & Partners, GPO Box 3215, Brisbane QLD 4000) along with documentation supporting your claim. Due to recent external issues with the Company’s former landlord the Administrators would like to notify any creditors wishing to attend the first meeting of creditors scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday, 13 June 2018 at 601 Curtain Avenue, Eagle Farm Queensland that after briefly opening the meeting the Administrators will adjourn the meeting to the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Level 13, 1 Eagle Street Brisbane City Queensland with the meeting to be re-convened at 11:30am on the same day.
